Upload a season. OPTIC scores it against 225 movements in 7 categories, tells you the one gap worth closing next, and gives your coaches a place to run individual coaching alongside your classes.
This is the Program Score panel in the product’s own order: the number, what it means, what is already working, the one thing worth changing, then the next action.
A season that covers the common work well and leaves two or three patterns thin. The score is a reading of the programming you uploaded — what it contains and what it leaves out. It is not an assessment of your coaching, and a coach who ran that season on purpose has not done anything wrong.
One season, read twice: once against what everyday members need and once against what competitors need. It is the same programming both times — a season can serve one well and the other less well without being wrong, and closing the gap rarely means running two programmes. These are not parts of the 79.
Squat and hinge volume sat inside the balanced target in every block of the season, and no single pattern ran away with the week.
Overhead pressing is the thinnest pattern relative to the balanced target. Closing it is worth about +4 points of arithmetic headroom — that is a ceiling on the arithmetic, not a goal, and not a reason to override your intent for the block.
Put overhead pressing into next week’s programming, upload the block when it’s run, and the score and the trend update. Or hand the written review to your head coach and start there.
Illustrative example, shown in the product’s own layout. It is not one gym’s data. Your score, your strengths and your lever are computed from the programming you upload.
The Program Score, the movement heatmap, the balance targets, the trend and every comparison are arithmetic over your own programming, on a published, versioned method. The same season scores the same way twice, and the version is stamped on the screen. So are the coaching reviews your staff write, which are their words, not a model’s. None of it is a prediction.
One thing: the AI Programming Advisor, which turns the numbers above into a written read of your season. It never writes your programming and it cannot change a score. Suggestions only; nothing is applied for you. The reviews your coaches write for individual members are written by those coaches, in their own words — no model writes them and none is required.
We bring a battlefield mindset to technology. Veteran founded and built on principles of relentless precision, OMMA Cyber engineers tools that give operators — athletes, coaches, and organizations — the intelligence to execute at the highest level.
OPTIC scores a season of programming against 225 movements in 7 categories, names the one gap worth closing next, and gives coaches a place to run individual coaching alongside their classes. The score is versioned arithmetic on your own data; the written review is the part a language model writes.
Each mode is built for a different job. Explore the one that fits you — or the whole platform.
One methodology-grounded Program Score, five components, and a Pre-Flight that tests a block before you run it.
Explore →Per-athlete readiness for your whole roster — coaches manage benchmarks and guidance; athletes contribute training, context and replies. You control what athletes see.
Explore →See where you stand against the next stage's cut, compare your benchmarks with the coaching targets for it, and find the gaps in your training. Then set a goal with your coach.
Explore →In-house throwdowns with a broadcast-grade live leaderboard — TV, wall and phone modes, your branding and sponsors.
Explore →Four modes, one platform. Affiliates get programming intelligence, coaches get a readiness read on every athlete, OPTIC Athlete gives individuals a plan, and FLYT puts your competitions on the big screen.
Connect Wodify or SugarWOD once and OPTIC imports your programming automatically every week — no migration and no new software to learn. Using something else? Export from PushPress or hand OPTIC the spreadsheet you already keep, and OPTIC reads the file.
The score tells you what the gym needs. This is where one member gets coached through it — without leaving your classes, and without a second product to log into.
First strict pull-up, while staying in regular classes.
Three weeks of ring rows at a steeper angle, then negatives twice a week. Keep coming to class — this sits alongside it, not instead of it.
I can only make Tuesdays and Thursdays for the next month. Does that still work, or should I wait until my schedule settles?
Two days is enough for this. Put the negatives on Tuesday and the ring rows on Thursday, and we will look again at the next review.
It is the same workspace and the same gym. Your coaches switch between the gym’s programming and their own athletes from one header, and a coach only ever sees the members assigned to them.
Illustrative example, shown in the product’s own layout. It is not one gym’s data and it is not a real member. For members who compete, their entered results are read against the division references OPTIC holds — context for the coach’s conversation, not a prediction.
